or services - and an appreciation of how 21st Century business has evolved away from the ideas of the late 20th Century, the task is relatively straight forward.
All customers unfailingly need to take the same series of steps through your Marketing and Sales process in order to move from being oblivious of your
existence to being your best customers and your best salesmen! You have to ensure those steps are there, ready to be taken.
And in planning how the design and construction of those steps you need to ensure you're obeying all the empirical 'Laws of Marketing', and not fighting
inevitable failure in the way that alchemists sought the Philosopher's Stone or inventors tried to patent perpetual motion machines!
